The Pressure Into Performance project is a joint effort of Danny McGuigan and Herb Nestler in close collaboration with Dr. Stephen Williams, creator of the Pressure Management Indicator (PMI) and Terry Daly of Strathclyde University and Linda Goodwin-Huber-Wilhelm.

Pressure is vital for achieving high levels of performance. Certain levels of pressure are clearly good for your organisation. Too much pressure is not good for your performance or for your organisation. Using world class, best practice methods of pressure auditing leading to needs analysis for individuals teams and organisations, top levels of performance can be achieved.
