Pressure Management Indicator

The Pressure Management Indicator (PMI) is a questionnaire that measures the major factors involved in stress. It takes between 15 and 25 minutes to complete.

If you are completing the PMI as part of a Pressure Management Survey then your results will be aggregated with the results of others to produce a group report. Nobody in your organisation will have access to your completed questionnaire or your individual report or be able to identify your responses in the group report. Completing the PMI is not compulsory, although most people chose to do so. The more responses we receive in the survey, the better we are able to understand and address the complex issue of stress at work.
