Why is this program different?

"This Methodology is very different".

At the Business Development Centre they are very different but share and underlying methodology.

Development Training - Methodology

Development training programmes at the BDC are similar in their underlying methodology. The following methodology is common to all our Development programmes.

  • Individual pre-course assessment of temperament, learning style, values, thinking patterns and emotional patterns.

  • Exploring communication between individuals and the contribution of NLP science to our understanding of communicating patterns.

  • The impact of thinking on everyday behaviour and the toolkits for changing negative thinking into healthier thinking patterns.

  • The role of emotions, emotional intelligence and emotional coaching and applying these to healthy resolution of conflict and healthy ways of coping with criticism.

  • Action planning to ensure ongoing personal & professional development & life long learning.
